Herkomst
De theeplant Camellia sinensis wordt geteeld op plantages die meestal op een berghelling liggen, het liefst en het best in een warm en vochtig klimaat. Denk aan landen als India, China, Kenya. De smaak van de thee wordt bepaald door de ligging van de plantage, het klimaat, de seizoenen en de bodemgesteldheid. Hoe hoger de tuin, des te beter de kwaliteit van de thee. De bosvruchten thee is biologisch. Om de ultieme smaak te creëren, laat je de thee 2-4 minuten trekken.
